Hard to believe but true, Wiccans for Obama. Can they get any more absurd? Personally I think Nina gets it right.

I think it is in the best interest of the wealthy elite to keep a divisive atmosphere when dealing with alternative ideas. In this way, if we have fundamental judgments against one another we will never unite to threaten the conservative, rich, few. The promotion of hate towards alternative fringe beliefs only curtails the growth of future ideas, perhaps tremendously important to our freedom, our voice, and our survival as a progressive nation. Absurdity, in fact, is NOT “Wiccans for Obama”, it is YOUR dark age attitude towards a peaceful religious minority.
I’m afraid it is the wiccans who live in a dark age of superstitution and irrationality. And yet you have that right, to suffer your own delusions. And if wiccandom or any religion is the road to social justice, I beg to differ. As with all religions and cults, I will rail against them for they have done humanity more harm than good but will defend your right to believe as you please.
